I just got married or divorced…What do I do?

If you are changing your name, you will need to bring your updated Social Security Card to the Board Office and the Human Resources Department will make a copy for our records. Your name change will be processed only after an updated Social Security Card is presented. You will receive an updated email address and ID Badge once the change has been processed.
