Open Enrollment Process
Open Enrollment is a 2 step process that must be completed by all eligible employees. This includes waiving coverage with the ESC. These steps do not need to be completed in order, but both must be completed.
- Complete Open Enrollment elections on Benelogic. When you log in, click on the Green Go Button. You have the option of a Quick Enroll or Step-by-Step enrollment.
- Verify Correct Personal Information for yourself and any dependents (address, spelling of names, SSN, etc).
- Make any necessary changes to your coverages.
- Verify and/or update your Beneficiary for Board Provided Life Insurance.
- Complete Virtual or In-Person Meeting with American Fidelity. Appointments will be available multiple times and days during Open Enrollment.

- Appointments will be held both in-person and virtually this year. If you are participating in a virtual appointment, please have access to a laptop or computer.

New Premium Rates
This year there is an increase in the monthly premium rates.
Please refer to the Insurance Rates Sheet for the updated rates.
Increase of Voluntary Life Policies
Employees who are currently enrolled in a voluntary life insurance policy may increase their policy provided through the EPC without completing the Evidence of Insurability (EOI) by $20,000.
Employees enrolling for the first time or adjusting above the $20,000 will be required to complete the EOI before their voluntary life insurance is approved.
CVS Caremark- 90 Day Prescription Options
With our prescription benefit, you can obtain a 90-day supply of maintenance medications for conditions like high blood pressure, heart issues, or diabetes. These medications can be filled for 90 days through the Caremark mail-order pharmacy or at a CVS retail pharmacy. New this year, you can now get a 90-day supply at Kroger and Costco.

- Start Your Program: Once enrolled, you’ll be matched with a personalized program and a health coach who will guide you every step of the way.

- Cost: This program is provided at NO COST to all eligible employees.
- Confidentiality: All your interactions with Hinge Health are confidential and secure.
- Eligibility: Hinge Health is available to all employees, spouses, and adult dependents. Each participant MUST be enrolled in an EPC Schools Health Plan.
