Where Employees Go For Help

For an employee to be at his or her professional best, they must be able to manage the life issues they face.  Too many times, employees experience difficulties in their work and personal lives that ultimately negatively impact their job performance.  Where can they go for help? EmployeeCare is a comprehensive counseling service offered to employees, through their employer, to assist with short-term counseling services.  The services are designed to help the employee sort out feelings and resolve personal and work problems.

EmployeeCare supports employees issues with

  • Family problems
  • Couple or marital problems
  • Work-related problems
  • Emotional problems (anxiety or depression)
  • Financial worries
  • Alcohol and/or drug abuse
  • Stress management/conflict resolution

Accredited Counselors

EmployeeCare provides counseling, referral, and follow-up by licensed professional counselors, certified employee assistance professionals, substance abuse professionals, and licensed independent chemical dependency counselors.
